Cayenne Peppers

Cayenne peppers are easy to grow.
The red and green colors remind me of Christmas.

They are beautiful! Add a nose, eyes, and a mouth with a black pen and you have "little elves!"

I actually have a crocheted pepper made for me by a dear friend who passed away all too young. Thanks for the memories.

I have Cayenne Pepper plants this year for the first time. I have picked many of them and have them hanging to dry. Would you tell me, please, what you do with yours? After you dry them (if you do), do you cut them open and remove the seeds for consumption or do you grind them? I'm totally lost but I know I love the hot pepper seeds on pizza!

Thank you for a great blog!
