Scarf Stitch

I found a fun knitting stitch for a scarf on Ravelry (Scrunchable scarf) .It is reversible and has a nice finished edge. I cast on 29 stitches on size 8 needles. Slip the first stitch as if to purl, then
  ( Knit 2, Purl 1)
The very last stitch is Knit. This creates a smooth chain edge for the scarf. Any multiple of 3 stitches plus
2 stiches for a selvedge edge. Patons worsted wool 210 yards color magenta.

Oh nifty! I've never made a Scrunchable Scarf, but I love them. The pink you used is gorgeous! It's a good day for knitting - raining again.
Oh, my hydrangeas are budding. I can't wait for spring. Have a great week!

Awe, just lovely!

My Niece learned how to knit a few years ago and then this year learned crochet. I'm glad Ladies like us are keeping sewing and knitting type crafts alive!!
