Caramel Frosting
I made caramel frosting for a boxed spice cake mix . Caramel frosting is easy to make. Recipe is here Cooks.com - Recipe - Easy Caramel Frosting I used a 9x13 inch pan.
Aw, it's too bad you didn't get the apples you wanted at the orchard. Hope you enjoyed the trip, though. We're nearly out of the ones I had so I thinks we're gonna go again. Btw, someone told me they have the biggest, best oranges in December. ;)
This start of cooler weather is callin' for spice cakes and pots of soup. The frosting looks delicious! Thanks for the recipe link!

oooh I love caramel frosting! If I had any in the house though I would eat all the frosting, forget the cake!
