an heirloom variety called Black Beauty. Zucchini grows very fast, and is quite productive. You can bake
zucchini bread which freezes well.

Your zucchini bread looks really good! I made it once, but I've forgotten to grow zucchini ever year since.
Yum! I love zucchini bread. When we had a garden I always would make some. Great for using up those extra large ones that some how sneak up on you ;) Enjoy :)
YUM. The other thing I like to do with zuch's is chop small pieces add onion and stuff in large mushrooms spring cheese and bake...yummy
