Shower Cap Bread

My bread is rising in the pan under
a cheap purple plastic shower cap.
This tip came from King Arthur flour.

Great idea it is too.

That is a handy tip for bread baking. I really like getting the King Arthur flour catalogs. They have such a variety of supplies and good recipes. Sometimes I heat the oven to 200 degrees, turn it off and put my frozen dough in there to rise.

I love the purple, very cool! I get their catalogs, too, but I mostly just look and drool. Send some bread over, okay? jk
