Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Boil 5 pounds of potatoes,drain.
mash with one stick of butter
one 8 ounce cream cheese
one 8 ounce sour cream
put into a casserole, sprinkle paprika
wrap with foil and freeze until needed
reheat and eat

Hmm...this sounds like my kind of potatoes to freeze and serve to company. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Love those pans, too; I'm spending a fortune on aluminum pans for Thanksgiving dinner,lol. Why slave at the sink all afternoon, I say.

And bake with potato chips around the edges. I know, it sounds like a church dinner buffet gone bad, but it's really good. Crunch. Salt. Fat. Ummmm...
