Four O'Clocks Blooming


One of my favorite old fashioned flowers is Four O'Clocks. They bloom late in the day, and remain open all night. Mine have returned for years,
and will self sow. Be careful where you plant them because you will never be rid of them. They will grow anywhere.
Hummingbirds like them too!

Lovely!! Oh, boy...your 4 o'clocks bring back the memories of my grandfather's. Here in Massachusetts they are not self sowing, but I fondly remember collecting all those seeds and planting them year after year :)
