Brandied Fruit

This is an old recipe clipping from Southern Living magazine for brandied fruit.
It is good over ice cream or pound
cake. I use peach brandy.

I remember ages ago my mother's friend making this - not sure if it is the same recipe (we're all Northerners ;) ) ...and yes it was very good, but we never kept it going. Have you had your starter for a long time?
