Red Velvet and Lace Cookies
Mix together: One box of Red Velvet cake mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup oil roll teaspoon size balls of dough in powdered sugar place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets Bake at 375 for 8-10 min. cookies will crack on top
They look easy. I like easy recipes. I made your potato recipe today and they are freezing for Thanksgiving. Anything we do ahead is a great thing for that day. I will let you know how well they are received.
Nifty! Those cookies remind me of Chocolate Crinkles from my 70s Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. I've eaten a ton of those, and I can prove it, too. :)
