What a gorgeous budgie! We once had two of them, a blue and a yellow. Maybe you could knit an icord string and tie a bell on the end and hang in the cage.
Love your birdie!!!! We had one named Flower. Favorite thing to do was ride the dogs back and jump on the TURNED OFF ceiling fan...we turned it around for him. Brought back fond memories of him. Thanks.
