
I bake bread almost every day. This recipe for Classic White Bread is on
the back of the Kroger Active Dry Yeast packet. I have used both bread flour and all purpose flour with good results. Use 1/4 cup of the warm water to dissolve the packet of dry yeast with one teaspoon of sugar.

ReplyDeleteI love homemade bread too, but I do it the easy way from "Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day" book. Can't say I have ever made it everyday though ;)
